Cilantro Lime Chicken
Growing up, my mom always made cilantro chutney. It was on the dinner table and we would add it to any dish for extra flavor. She would add fresh cilantro, green chili pepper, water, and salt. I was browsing through recipes, and instead of using basil pesto I decided to use cilantro as a base. I mixed in some lime and I love the flavor! I'm very happy with how the chicken turned out!
